JORDAN COONCE
Classes: Hot Power Flow Yoga
Jordan is an enthusiastic personal trainer who is passionate about helping individuals unlock their fitness potential and lead healthier lives. She has a genuine desire to inspire and support others on their fitness journeys. Jordan is a 200hr registered yoga teacher (RYT), so you can find her in the gym or in the yoga studio. She combines her compassion and motivational skills to create tailored programs that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being. Through her commitment, guidance, and continued support, Jordan empowers her clients to overcome challenges, embrace sustainable lifestyles, and achieve their desired fitness goals.
LAYLA AMONS
Classes: Full Body Power Circuit, Full Body Burn
Layla is a certified personal trainer who began her fitness journey over a year ago. Layla is passionate about helping others build confidence through fitness and enjoys finding creative ways to make each client’s journey both enjoyable and rewarding. Her goal is to support sustainable progress while keeping workouts engaging, motivating, and fun.
SARAH GILLESPIE
Classes: Warm Yin Yoga
Sarah is a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of dedicated practice. She fell in love with yoga for its ability to connect movement with mindfulness, and she carries that philosophy into each class she teaches. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to help students build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more grounded in their everyday lives.
Sarah’s yin yoga class is a quiet, meditative practice focused on deep stretching. She hopes to see you soon in class!
SCOTT KNIGHT
Classes: Full Body HIIT
Scott began his fitness journey almost 10 years ago looking to improve his health and fitness through strength training and nutrition. He attended Tennessee Tech University where he worked closely with the strength and conditioning staff and athletes. He then graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Since then, he’s been personal training, helping many people overcome obstacles and reach their fitness goals through diet and training. The programs he creates focus to improve all components of physical fitness - cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. If you have a goal, Scott has a plan!
CRISTIE THOMAS
Classes: Beginner Line Dancing, Improver Line Dancing
Cristie started dancing as a child. She's studied ballet, tap, hip hop and various types of country dancing. She has taught line dancing for almost 30 years. She continues to be active in the line dance community. She and her dance classes perform at various festivals and wellness events.
Her current classes include a beginner class and a more advanced class. All levels of dancers are welcome. Studies have shown that line dancing improves coordination, balance and cognitive function.
KIRBY TORCHALSKI
Classes: Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Warm Express Yoga, Hot Power Flow Yoga, Hot Yin Yoga
With over 20 years of ballet training, Kirby began practicing yoga to heal and rebalance her body. She fell in love with the practice and retired from her corporate marketing career to pursue teaching full-time. Her education includes 200-hour vinyasa teacher training through YogaSix in Las Vegas, arm balances and inversions training through Yogi Flight School, and multiple international yoga retreats.
Kirby brings a joyful energy to class and loves creating yoga flows that feel good on the body and soul. She is passionate about helping people move past their perceived limits and connect to themselves through movement and breath.
Kirby offers private yoga and ballet lessons upon request.

Our Training Policy: To maintain a consistent and professional training environment, only approved Xtended Mountain Fitness staff and contracted trainers may conduct training sessions within the facility. This ensures that all coaching activities are covered under our insurance and liability waivers, and that our in-house trainers have fair access to space and scheduling. Members are welcome to bring friends or family to work out with them under a regular membership or day pass, but outside trainers are not permitted to offer instruction or training services inside the gym.
