Do I need a membership to book a studio class?
No, you do not need a membership to book a class. You can book online or walk in, though we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.
Where is the studio located?
The XMF Studio is located on the second floor of our building. Enter on the first floor, then use the stairs at the end of the hallway to reach the studio level. We are in the same building as Sun Tan Village. If you need help, our staff on our first-floor gym will be happy to point you in the right direction!
Do you offer hot yoga?
Yes, we offer hot yoga (99° F) and warm yoga (85°) classes using infrared heaters.
What are infrared heaters?
Infrared heaters mimic the warming effect of sunlight without the harmful UV rays. While traditional hot yoga uses forced-air systems to superheat the surrounding air, infrared heat panels emit low-frequency radiant waves that penetrate and warm the body directly. This creates heat without humidity. Infrared heaters stimulate blood circulation and warm the muscles, joints, and connective tissue, helping students achieve better flow, balance, and flexibility in their practice.
Are all of your classes heated?
No, we have many unheated classes available.
Are you a fitness studio, dance studio, or yoga studio?
All of the above! We are dedicated to offering high-quality workout classes led by top local instructors. We ensure our instructors have strong backgrounds in the movement disciplines they teach — so whether you’re taking a fitness class, dance class, or yoga class, you can be certain that you’ll receive expert-level guidance.
Which type of yoga is best for me?
Yoga comes in many styles! If you want a full-body workout that improves endurance, we recommend our hot power flow class. If you want to increase overall strength and flexibility without the heat, try vinyasa. If you are looking for something more meditative with deep stretching, give yin a try. Whatever you choose, our friendly instructors will be happy to make recommendations according to your individual goals.
